Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of Mydle Insights. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

1. Authorized monitoring only

• Only configure checks against systems you own or are explicitly authorized to monitor
• Do not use Mydle to probe, scan, or attack third-party infrastructure without permission

2. Prohibited activities

• Illegal activity or facilitation of crime
• Abuse that degrades Mydle infrastructure or other customers
• Circumventing plan limits, rate limits, or security controls
• Sharing account credentials unsafely or phishing other users
• Uploading malware, attempting SSRF/RCE against our workers, or reverse-engineering to find exploitable flaws for harm
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging via notification channels

3. Fair use of checks

Extremely aggressive schedules or target volumes that threaten platform stability may be throttled. Contact support if you need higher limits.

4. Reporting abuse

Report abuse to abuse@mydle.app.
