Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Mydle Insights (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Mydle provides product monitoring (including HTTP, SSL, and DNS checks), health summaries, alerts, and related workspace tools. Features marked Coming Soon are not part of the paid commitment until generally available. Service levels for Free plans are best-effort.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent)
• One person or legal entity per account unless invited as a member

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may only monitor systems you own or are authorized to monitor. You must not use the Service to attack, scan without permission, or abuse infrastructure.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select in-product. Prices may change with notice. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Free plan limits are enforced by feature gates. Paid checkout remains unavailable until a payment provider is configured and the transaction can be verified.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Information describe personal data handling.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by Mydle or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where prohibited by law), or resell the Service.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Monitoring reduces risk but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime of your products.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYDLE’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MYDLE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify Mydle against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or monitoring targets without authorization.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that should survive will survive.

11. Changes

We may modify the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where allowed.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local venue rights.
